About Village Care Humber

Village Care & Support Humber is a privately run care service within the east riding of Yorkshire.

The service was created with a dream and passion of providing only an exceptional level of quality care which we believe each and every one of our service users deserve.

Here at Village Care and Support Humber we believe a tailored service goes along way, along with providing a personal touch.

We will listen to your specific needs and create a service that is tailored to you providing you with assurance that we are the right care company for you.

Our team of Carers are all highly experienced, passionate, qualified and most of all genuinely care. Ensuring the service which you receive is nothing less than exceptional.

Our carers are hand picked with specific requirements that we look for to work within our service, ensuring that the carer which you receive, is someone extra special!

We understand that the feeling of being overwhelmed can occur if your needs have changed and you now require assistance within your daily life. It’s a big step and we understand! It’s a step that we are here to help you with and will be with you every step of the way.

We will happily visit you with no obligation just to ensure you can meet us in person and see how you feel after we introduce ourselves. This is the perfect opportunity for you to also ask any questions you may wish to ask about our service to you.

We believe that the care you receive matters! Whether it may be assistance with personal care or a social visit, your care matters to us. Village Care and Support Humber deliver only the highest quality of care therefore you can rest assured you are choosing the right service provider for exceptional, professional quality care!

We offer a minimum of 30 minute visit to ensure the time you receive is of a quality standard and not rushed with in a lesser time . We are proud to provide you with our service and the time you receive with your carer is as important to us as it is to you.

Your time is your time.

The time which agreed upon with you will be the full time you receive. Your allocated time will never be cut short, that is not how we work here at Village Care and Support Humber. So you can rest assured the time agreed, will be the full time you get to spend with one of our wonderful carers.

We aim to provide you with continuity and consistency with your Carer(s). We understand the professional bond that our Carers and you will make can make the world of difference. Therefore it is important to us for you to know who to expect on a weekly basis.
It is important to us that we provide continuity and consistency to both our clients and our carers.
